Crimson Aesthetics is a professional medical spa located just north of the Twin Cities, in the beautiful St. Croix Valley. We help our clients to feel radiant and beautiful by developing individualized skin and aesthetic treatment programs, based on their own unique beauty goals. We offer several different services, all aimed at providing natural looking results. These services include wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, hand rejuvenation, Kybella, Sculptra, microneedling, body sculpting, and skin care plans.

Sarah K. MBA, BSN, RN, PHN
Before joining the aesthetics industry, Sarah spent several years working as an operating room nurse and surgical manager. She then started working as an injector for one of the fastest-growing med spas in the country, and quickly climbed the ranks to become an advanced injector and regional clinical trainer. She has taught anatomy, procedural skill, safety, and complication management. Sarah is a skilled provider, and has experience with wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, SkinPen, radiofrequency treatments, PRP, CoolSculpting, and lasers. She has a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals by offering honest assessments and natural looking results that boost self confidence.

Dr. Gregory Mesna, MD
Dr. Gregory T. Mesna earned his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at St. Olaf College, followed by his dental and medical studies at the University of Minnesota earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1985 and his Medical Doctorate in 1989. After narrowing his focus by participating in a plastic surgery residency and fellowship program from 1993 to 1996, Dr. Mesna became a fully-qualified Plastic Surgeon opening his first Minneapolis area practice in 1996.
Dr. Mesna is well known and respected in his field for his extensive experience, quality results and caring manner. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and maintains membership with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Minnesota Society of Plastic Surgeons.
